Liquid

Liquid egg products are eggs that have been removed from their shells and processed into a liquid form. These products include whole eggs, egg whites, or egg yolks, and are often pasteurised to ensure safety. They are commonly used in the food service industry, commercial food production, and by consumers who prefer convenience. These products are packaged in single one (1) litre plastic containers and are ideal for travelling and storage. Shelf life on 1L liquid, kept refrigerated, is 10-15 days. This product needs to be kept between 0-5degree Celsius, refrigeration temperatures. Product colour may vary due to the natural colour of the free range egg yolk colour.

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • For National delivery times: Standard (3-5 days), Express (1-2 days).
  • International orders: delivery times my vary, the timeline will be communicated to you directly.
  • Free delivery on orders above R1000 in the Gauteng and North-West area.
  • Free delivery on orders above R2000 for other regions outside of the Gauteng and Northwest area
  • Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate.

Powder

Egg powder is produced by spray-drying the pasteurised liquid egg at high temperatures in a highly sophisticated, spray-drying chamber which turns the liquid egg with the same nutritious benefits as shelled egg, into a shelf-stable egg powder. Shelf life on Egg Powder (Yellow and Whole Egg) is 12 months. Product colour may vary due to the natural colour of the free range egg yolk colour.
